Accordion 3D Model

After around 6 hours of work, the accordion model is finally complete.

The model initially contained 586,246 triangles, which made it suitable mainly for visualization and rendering. After optimization using the Decimate modifier, the triangle count was reduced to 195,651, making the model significantly lighter while preserving most of its visual details.

This project was a great exercise in patience and attention to detail. At first glance an accordion seems simple, but once you start modeling it, you discover hundreds of buttons, vents, curves, and mechanical details that make the instrument unique.

I’m happy with the final result and with everything I learned during the process.
