Grand Piano 3D Model – Complete Project After 6+ Hours of Work

This grand piano model was created as both a learning project and a practical 3D asset. The entire process took a little over six hours, combining modeling, optimization, texturing, and plenty of experimentation along the way.

The model includes a detailed grand piano, piano bench, pedals, music stand, and realistic wood materials. Besides building the asset itself, the project was a great opportunity to improve my workflow and learn new techniques in Blender.

After optimization, the final model contains just over 65,000 triangles, which I believe is a solid balance between visual quality and performance for this type of asset.
