ModelVault3d.PL - Asset License Agreement
1. General Information
All 3D models available on ModelVault3d.PL are protected by copyright law and are the intellectual property of the author (PixelMotion4096), unless stated otherwise.
By downloading, accessing, or using any asset, you agree to the terms of this license.
ModelVault3d.PL assets are divided into two categories with different usage rights:
🔴 Fanart Models
🟢 Basic Models (Original Assets by ModelVault3d.PL)
Each category has separate usage rules.
2. Fanart Models (Non-Commercial Use)
Fanart models represent characters, vehicles, or objects inspired by movies, games, animations, or other copyrighted works. These assets are unofficial and not endorsed by the original rights holders. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
✔ Allowed:
Personal and hobby use
Rendering and animation
Use in non-commercial videos (e.g. YouTube, social media, showreels)
Portfolio and learning purposes
Modifying models for private use
❌ Not allowed:
Any commercial use
Use in paid games, applications, or services
NFTs or blockchain projects
Selling or distributing 3D prints
Redistributing the models (free or paid)
Claiming authorship of the models
Fanart models are shared for personal and showcase purposes only.
The author does not own the rights to the original brands or characters they are based on.
3. Basic Models (Commercial Use Allowed)
Models marked as Basic are 100% original works created by PixelMotion4096 / ModelVault3d.PL.
✔ Allowed:
Commercial and non-commercial use
Use in games, animations, films, visualizations, advertisements, and client projects
Use in AI training, research, and machine-learning workflows
Modifying and integrating models into your projects
⚠ Mandatory credit:
Any public or commercial use must include visible credit:
Model by PixelMotion4096 – ModelVault3d.PL
Credit should appear in game credits, project descriptions, product pages, video descriptions, documentation, or equivalent places.
❌ Not allowed:
Reselling or sublicensing the models as standalone products
Uploading assets to marketplaces, stock libraries, or asset platforms
Redistributing the files in original or slightly modified form
Creating datasets for resale based on the models
Selling physical 3D prints made from the models
Removing or hiding author credit
4. AI Usage
Basic Models may be used for AI training, fine-tuning, simulation, and research purposes.
However, it is not allowed to:
Redistribute the models as AI datasets
Sell or publish collections of the assets for training libraries
Present the assets themselves as your own dataset product
The assets may only be used as part of a broader system, research, or production pipeline.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
All models are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
The author makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
The author shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the assets.
Users are fully responsible for how downloaded files are used.
6. Jurisdiction
This license shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
