ModelVault3D - Asset License Agreement
General Information
All 3D models available on ModelVault3D are protected by copyright law and are the intellectual property of the author (PixelMotion4096), unless stated otherwise. By downloading, accessing, or using any asset, you agree to the terms of this license.
ModelVault3D assets are divided into four categories with different usage rights:
🔴 Fanart Models (no commercial use)
🟢 Basic Models (commercial use + mandatory credit)
🔵 Premium Models (full commercial use, no credit)
⚪ Real World Props (commercial use, no credit, BUT no redistribution)
Each category has separate usage rules.
🔴 1. Fanart Models
Fanart models represent characters, vehicles, or objects inspired by movies, games, animations, or other copyrighted works. These assets are unofficial and not endorsed by the original rights holders. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
Allowed: personal and hobby use, rendering and animation, use in non-commercial videos (e.g. YouTube, social media, showreels), portfolio and learning purposes, modifying models for private use.
Not allowed: any commercial use, use in paid games, applications, or services, NFTs or blockchain projects, selling or distributing 3D prints, redistributing the models (free or paid), claiming authorship of the models, fanart models are shared for personal and showcase purposes only.
The author does not own the rights to the original brands or characters they are based on.
🟢 2. Basic Models
Models marked as Basic are 100% original works created by PixelMotion4096 / ModelVault3D
Allowed: commercial and non-commercial use, use in games, animations, films, visualizations, advertisements, and client projects, use in AI training, research, and machine-learning workflows, modifying and integrating models into your projects.
Mandatory credit: any public or commercial use must include visible credit, Model by PixelMotion4096 – ModelVault3D, credit should appear in game credits, project descriptions, product pages, video descriptions, documentation, or equivalent places.
Not allowed: reselling or sublicensing the models as standalone products, uploading assets to marketplaces, stock libraries, or asset platforms, redistributing the files in original or slightly modified form, creating datasets for resale based on the models, selling physical 3D prints made from the models, removing or hiding author credit.
🔵 3. Premium Models
Models marked as Premium are original assets created by PixelMotion4096 / ModelVault3D and include extended commercial rights.
Allowed: unlimited commercial use (no revenue restrictions), use in games, films, advertisements, and client projects, use in paid products and monetized content, no mandatory credit required (attribution appreciated but optional), modification and integration into commercial pipelines, use in AI training, simulation, and research.
Additional Rights: use in commercial 3D prints (physical products for sale).
Not allowed: reselling or sublicensing the models as standalone assets, uploading models to asset marketplaces or stock libraries, redistributing the files in original or slightly modified form, claiming authorship of the models.
⚪ 4. Real World Props
Definition: „Real World Props” are 3D models based on real-life objects, products, or generic physical items that may exist in reality but are recreated as original digital assets by ModelVault3D.
Allowed: free for personal and commercial use, use in games, films, visualizations, advertisements, and client projects, modification and integration into any workflow, use in AI training, simulation, and research, no attribution required, but recommended for professional or public projects.
Not allowed: reselling or redistributing the model as a standalone asset (free or paid), uploading the model to asset marketplaces or stock libraries, claiming authorship of the model, using the model in a way that implies endorsement by or affiliation with any real-world brand or entity.
⚠ Important Notice: these models may resemble real-world objects, but they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any brand, manufacturer, or rights holder. The user is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the model does not violate trademarks, design rights, or other applicable laws.
AI Usage
Basic and Premium Models may be used for AI training, fine-tuning, simulation, and research purposes. However, it is not allowed to: redistribute the models as AI datasets, sell or publish collections of the assets for training libraries, present the assets themselves as your own dataset product. The assets may only be used as part of a broader system, research, or production pipeline.
Disclaimer, Liability & Refund Policy
Disclaimer & Liability: all models are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The author makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. The author shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the assets. Users are fully responsible for how downloaded files are used.
Refund Policy: all digital products sold on ModelVault3D are non-refundable once downloaded. By purchasing and downloading any asset, the user agrees to waive their right to withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with EU digital goods regulations.
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases: the file is corrupted or cannot be opened, the product significantly differs from its description, critical technical issues that prevent usage and cannot be resolved.
Refunds will NOT be granted for: change of mind after download, lack of knowledge on how to use the model, software incompatibility not stated in the product description, minor visual differences (e.g. lighting, rendering, presentation), if you experience any issues, please contact support before requesting a refund.
Jurisdiction
This license shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
